Again, I'm rehashing everything everybody else said to me and possibly you, that not getting a likely letter doesn't mean you'll be rejected and only a very very small fraction of the applicant pool gets one. The only reason you feel like so many ppl got one is because this is A2C and ppl will post about getting one.as far as i know most schools still send likely letters, however its apparently really unlikely that u get one from some of the top schools (something like 10% of accepted applicants out of pools with sub 10% acceptance rates).
